I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience building scalable systems across a full stack of technologies.

My career has taken me from building high revenue-generating e-commerce platforms at small businesses to operating internet-scale infrastructure at AWS. I've shipped systems that process billions of packets per second and platforms that generate millions in revenue.

My journey started with a fascination for software's immediate feedback loop. You know within seconds of saving or compiling whether what you built works. From there, technology became a playground for experimentation and learning. Every day a new topic or tool would capture my interest, and I would dive in headfirst, building projects to understand how things work under the hood. Self-taught, built real-world systems in place of formal coursework. I found that the best way to learn was by doing: building real projects, breaking things, and fixing them.

What drives me is the challenge of building systems that don't just work, but excel under the pressure and weight of production traffic. Applications that don't just meet requirements, but evolve and scale gracefully due to strong foundations and architecture. I've shipped systems processing billions of packets per second and platforms generating millions in revenue, and each project has reinforced my belief that great engineering is about pragmatic decisions, not just elegant code.

My main focus at the moment is learning to use agentic coding to a level where I am an orchestrator creating beautiful symphonies of code, where I can leverage the power and efficiencies of AI while keeping that human touch. The software engineer of the past couple of decades is fading away, the future is about leveraging tools and agents to build more, faster, and better. I'm excited to be at the forefront of this transformation, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me next!

Full ownership, full stack

Four years of building and maintaining $1M+ revenue systems serving thousands of users while owning the entire product lifecycle, from database design to user interface to customer support. This was the start of my career, the first breath of real-world software engineering. With a sink-or-swim mentality, I learned how to build and maintain production systems, how to work with clients, and how to make pragmatic decisions that balance technical excellence with business needs. It was a crash course in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and the realities of running a software business. I quickly transitioned from debugging minor issues to leading major initiatives. It was a formative experience that shaped my approach to engineering and problem-solving.
